Shipping policy

General Delivery Information:

Thank you for your purchase! All orders are usually processed within one working day of being received (this does not include weekends or bank holidays). Please note any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Once you have placed your order you will receive confirmation and shipping notifications via email.  

UK Standard Delivery rate is £5.95 (3-4 working days) 

UK Express 1-2 working days is £7.95 ((for orders made before 12pm)

UK Express Next Working Day is £10.00 (for orders made before 12pm)

International Shipping:

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and weight. Please email hello@mamacitacollective.com to receive a quote. 

Please note that orders shipping to outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. To avoid any unexpected surprises, we suggest you check out what import charges may apply before you order.
